Provides activities for adults with behavioral health conditions. Activities are decided upon by program participants and facilitated by staff. Includes support groups, mentoring, Wellness and Recovery Action Plan, peer-to-peer support, life skills training and social/recreational activities. Vocational and pre-vocation training includes tutoring, resume assistance, literacy and computer classes. Also provides advocacy and referrals to community services. Transportation is offered to participants who have no other way to get to the center.

Provides early intervention and assessment for children with disabilities and developmental delays ages 0-36 months. Children 0-3 with developmental delays of more than 50% or with established conditions are eligible for this program. ESBF and their AzEIP program covers all of Cochise County. Frequency of services varies on individual family needs, resources and priorities. Children are

New Visions for Families is a program provided in collaboration with Community Partnership of Southern Arizona to provide comprehensive assessments for children removed from their families by Child Protective Services. Clinical Liaisons gather information through interview, observation, and developmental behavioral evaluations to assist the Child and Family Team to develop an individualized intervention plan. Therapeutic counseling and behavioral health services are provided, with a focus on infants, toddlers, and their caregivers with a goal to promote permanency for children.

Provides a 12-week course for loved ones of people with severe brain disorders (mental illness). Taught by trained family members. Curriculum focuses on schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, clinical depression, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, clinical treatment of these illnesses, and knowledge and skills family members need to cope more effectively.
